We only send people we'd hire ourselves.

Jordan heads M&A at Amp, a software roll-up. He does the deals, then gets hands-on making the companies run better. He rebuilt Amp's sales and customer support with AI himself, then found people who could do the same work just as well, for a fraction of the price.

Dara grew up in Southeast Asia and gets the people we work with. She knows both worlds, the polish of Four Seasons and the scrappiness of running her own business for years. She can tell who'll do great work for you, and who'll stay.

AmpFour Seasons

Half builder, half operator.

They build the automation, and they know why it matters to the team that uses it. This is the work that comes up again and again in the job posts we track:

Automations and AI agents

Every team
  1. A task someone does by hand
  2. Mapped out
  3. Built in n8n, Make or Zapier
  4. Runs on its own, with AI where it helps

The copy and paste jobs your team does every week, turned into workflows that run themselves.

Pipeline reporting and forecasts

Leadership
  1. CRM and billing data
  2. Cleaned and matched
  3. Live dashboards
  4. A forecast the board trusts

One set of numbers that matches across the CRM, the dashboard and the board deck.

Outbound and enrichment

Sales
  1. Target accounts
  2. Enriched in Clay
  3. Sequenced
  4. Replies logged in the CRM

Target lists built and kept fresh, and outbound that runs without anyone copying and pasting.

CRM clean-up and integrations

Systems
  1. Billing, product and support tools
  2. Connected
  3. One clean CRM
  4. Everyone sees the same customer

Every tool feeds one CRM, so sales, marketing and support all work from the same record.

On the tools your teams already use: HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, Zapier, Make, n8n and the major AI models.

We're just as obsessed with value as you are.

Great operators, at a third of a US salary.

Prices start at $4,000 a month. Rarer skills or more seniority cost a bit more, and it's still a fraction of a US hire.

US salary is the median base pay across 83 matching job posts we tracked between May and October 2026, mostly US. That's before payroll tax and benefits, which add about 46% on top (BLS, June 2026).

Placed inside the companies you back.

The operator joins the company's own team, full time.

PE firms

Put a full-time operator into each portfolio company, as a permanent part of its team. Clean CRM data and reporting you can trust at every board meeting.

Investment banks

For sell-side clients going to market in the next 6 to 12 months. Clean numbers that hold up in diligence, and a leaner business going in.

VCs

Something your platform team can offer founders: a full-time automation operator at a price an early-stage company can actually carry.

On your team, on your hours.

  • US business hours, full timeThey work your day, not the night shift.
  • Fluent EnglishOn calls and in writing.
  • In your Slack or TeamsAt your standups and on your calls, like anyone else on the team.
  • Jordan stays closeHe's built these automations himself, not just recruited for them. A real person to call if anything's off.

Your hire. Our paperwork.

Your operator is part of your team. The contract sits with Portco Crew only to take the cross-border contract, payment and admin work off your plate.

You

  • Meet and hire the operator
  • Manage them like anyone on the team
  • Pay one flat monthly invoice

Portco Crew

  • Find and vet operators for the role
  • Hold the contract, pay them, handle the admin
  • Stay close, and replace them if it isn't working

How it works.

  1. Intro call

Thirty minutes on what needs automating, the stack it runs on and who the operator would report to. We'll tell you straight if it isn't a fit.

  2. Meet the operators

We send you a few operators who've done this work before, with what they've built and the tools they know. You meet the ones you like on a video call.

  3. Hire and start

Hire the one you want. We sign the contract, you give them access, and they start on the first build.

  4. We stay close

One flat invoice a month. We check in with both sides, and if it isn't working we fix it or find you someone else.

One number. No surprises.

The questions partners ask first.

What hours do they work?

Your US business hours, full time. They're in your Slack or Teams, join your standups and calls, and speak fluent English on calls and in writing.

Where are the operators based?

They're global talent, mostly in Southeast Asia and Latin America, working your US business hours. Each one works from their own home office with fast internet and a quiet place to take calls. You'll meet them on video before you decide.

Is Portco Crew an agency?

No. Your operator is contracted through Portco Crew only to remove the cross-border contract, payment and admin work. Day to day they're part of your team: your Slack, your tools, your standups, your manager. We don't sit between you and them.

What does "vetted" actually mean?

Every operator has been interviewed by us on video, has hands-on experience with the tools on their profile, and has built real systems for US companies before. You meet them yourself before anything is signed.

Is there a lock-in?

No. It's month to month. If it isn't working, tell us and we'll either fix it or find you someone else.

Who manages them day to day?

You do, the same way you'd manage anyone on the team. We stay in touch with both sides, especially in the first few weeks, but we're not in the middle of the work.

Can one operator cover several portfolio companies?

An operator works full time for the company they're placed with. If a smaller company doesn't need someone full time, tell us on the intro call and we'll work out what fits.

How do you handle confidentiality?

Operators sign confidentiality terms with us, and they'll sign yours too. They work inside your systems under your access controls, so you decide what they can see.

How much does it cost?

From $4,000 USD a month per full-time operator. One flat fee that covers their pay, contract and admin. No setup fee, no placement fee.

Put a great AI and automation operator in every company you own.

Thirty minutes to see whether it fits. If it doesn't, we'll tell you.
